I purchased this book when it was first published, years ago. The author lives in our town and there was an article in our local newspaper about the book. I took the book to his home and he signed it for me, very graciously. Some of the information in this book was ahead of its time and is just now being discussed in the scientific community with the public. Well worth the read, gets a little boring in some spots but is made more interesting if the PBS special is viewed on the same subject.
