(More customer reviews)We ordered this item for our girls' volleyball team. The product description clearly states this is for a PAIR of volleyball bases and poles. The company we ordered from--esportsonline--only sent one base and pole. Needless to say our team can't very well play volleyball with only one base and pole.
When I called they said, "sorry, you can send it back if you don't want it." Which is not very helpful to getting our volleyball team practice.
Perhaps the saddest part of all of this is that I called esportsonline BEFORE I ORDERED this item and asked their representative if this was an accurate description. The representative told me, "If that's how it's advertised on Amazon, that's how we have to sell it." Apparently this representative was either wrong or lying--I'm guessing wrong but they should still have some accountability to provide the item as described but I guess they don't.
In a nutshell, esportsonline misrepresented this item both in the item description and verbally over the phone.
I called Amazon for help and received the same response--I could send it back to the seller. I'm very disappointed as sending it back does not deal with the misrepresentation from esportsonline or the incorrect item description.
