My only problem was that it was shipped with the incorrect instructions (included instructions were for a 4-arch trampoline and mine is a 2-arch-initial product description was for a 2-Arch.) I called the company, and while they couldn't answer my questions specifically, they did connect me with the manufacturer to get resolution. Overall, I was pleased.
