(More customer reviews)My kids got the 14' Airzone Band Trampoline less than 2 years ago. It was great while we had it, but the protective mat that goes over the bands doesn't last. Ours has deteriorated to the point the bands are showing through. We had a near fatal accident as a result when a small child's foot fell through the tears in the mat and got stuck between the bands. He toppled head first off the trampoline and could have broken his foot or his head had his mother not been standing right there to catch him.
The metal legs bend in, so we have to pull them out every time we want to use it. They aren't rusting, nor have the screws come loose like I've heard others complain, but they don't look extremely sturdy either.
I called Bravo Sports Corp to replace the mat, but they don't offer any replacments. You have to buy the entire mat, bands and jumping surface, and that costs over $200. It's because everything is sewn together. The company representative I spoke to on the phone was apathetic. So their customer service is poor, too. Just remember: you get what you pay for. We paid less than $400 for the trampoline and enclosure, and it lasted 2 years. My friends paid $800 for a Costco trampoline 10 years ago, and they're still jumping on it.

(More customer reviews)I recieved the enclosure promptly and all pieces were there, but upon assembly I realized that the clamps wouldn't fit around the trampoline legs. I was frustrated because there was nothing in the listing about sizing of the trampoline legs. I contacted the company and they were prompt in their response but had no clamps to send. They told me to go buy my own clamps! That they had this issue before and the customer went to a hardware store and bought new clamps for $5. I was frustrated that they couldn't send me ones that fit and more frustrated that I had to spend more money! I found clamps for $20, set the enclosure up and it works but the poles tend to lean in on 3 of the 6 poles.

(More customer reviews)I owned a Skywalker Trampoline a number of years back and loved it. I had to replace it when it wore out, and the new parts are horrible. It is more or less worthless. I have to sew it or clamp the pieces together to even get it to hold together. I called their customer service and was told very clearly and rudely that there was absolutely nothing I could do about it, and that I would have to live with my home-grown solution to get around their bad design, and would have to come out with a ladder once a week or so to tighten the straps. Of course that's not acceptable. I really feel ripped off and wish so much that I hadn't put so much money into something so flawed.

(More customer reviews)I was not impressed - especially since it didnt fit my trampoline, the picture shows 6 poles holding the net up but in fact there are only 4 and the distance was not compatible with my 6 legged trampoline. The instructions to build were not great and need to be updated and the plastic balls on the top of the poles were flimsy. It cost a lot to ship and return for no end result.I have no idea re fun and durability as I couldnt use it.

All I had to do was drop the netting, drape the pad around the frame, strap it on and reattach the netting. This pad is of higher quality than the one that came with the trampoline, greatly extending the useful life of this trampoline.

(More customer reviews)I guess amazon description must have been screwed up before, that's why this item got all negative reviews and mostly bcoz it was not described correctly.
Well, I knew what I was getting - only an enclosure and i knew that would fit a 14" trampoline thta i had bought earlier.
I received the item in only about 4 days. Opened it and was able to assebmle/install this in probably an hour and half. This enclosure is the right height and seems sturdy. Kids also got the extra comfort while playing/jumping.
I would definitely recommend this product if you are buying PureFun 14" trampoline or any other 14" trampoline with 8-poles (4 pairs).

(More customer reviews)Overall I'm quite pleased with the net. It went up easily on our 13 ft. eight-pole trampoline despite the sketchy instructions I found in the box (after the installation). My only complaint is that the straps that connect the top of the net to the poles are elastic, and I worry that they will simply stretch out in relatively short order. Our previous net had non-elastic straps and they served to put more tension on the net so that it was tighter and wider around the top. The elastic straps do make it somewhat easier to install. The zipper seems heavy duty, and has additional buckles (presumably so little kids cannot escape). This seems to me to be a bit of overkill and probably a significant part of the overall cost. Our previous net had an overlapping door which was simpler and worked fine. I do like that the mesh is a closer weave than its predecessor so the kids don't get their fingers caught in it and are somewhat less tempted to hang on it. I cannot yet comment on the durability or the all-important UV stability, but I'm hoping it lasts longer than the three year life span of its predecessor. Except for the elastic straps, it would rate five stars at this point.
Update (17 months out): I've had this installed continuously since I purchased it back in 2009 and so far it's held up well. It's in full sun year round. I do lower it when extremely high winds are expected. As I predicted, the elastic straps have all but lost their stretchiness, but I just keep taking up the slack with the adjustable buckles. The zipper has held up well despite many uses (my kids plan soccer-like games in the enclosed trampoline). Thus far I'd still recommend it. My hope is that it lasts another year or two to meet or exceed the OEM net's three years.

(More customer reviews)The net that came with our Veriflex trampoline was pretty much ruined within the first year and half. I have spent quite a few months looking for a replacement (on Amazon, through Veriflex, and various trampoline distributors). All I could find were two options - a Veriflex replacement that came with poles for over $100 (we already have poles) or an adjustable one for $80 which appeared to be really flimsy and had the tie enclosure which had proved to be a huge pain and broke quickly on our old one. I was finally going to give in and buy the one with poles when I decided to check Amazon one more time.
I was thrilled to find this new replacement net. The seller is terrific and the net arrived within a week. The price is fabulous. It is much stronger than the trampoline's original net, has zipper and buckle locks, and attaches (more safely) to the inside of the springs. Best of all, it was incredibly easy to attach - I did it on my own in under an hour.

(More customer reviews)At first we were skeptical buying this replacement safety net, but when it came in the mail and we put it up, we were very pleasantly surprised! Good quality! It has clips to snap it in place all around the base of the net... the entire perimeter (where the springs are) and they are attached with little strips of elastic, which was a very nice surpirse, because we wanted it to be able to flex a little, give and take with the kids movement to help distribute the strain and last longer. Anyway, we were very happy with how easy it was to install, the great quality zipper and material, and the fact that it surprised us with the elastic bands!!! Awesome!
