The assessment of the material provided by mutual consensus of the scientific community is that this so-called "theory" is comparable to the ramblings of an obtuse child, oblivious to even the simplest laws of science. A quick Google search using the book title will reveal the many posting of the author, along with the corresponding analysis by professional physicists. A few minutes of your time will suffice to demonstrate the truly imprudent and fictitious nature of this publication.
In sum, the work of this author is in such defiance with even the most elementary grade school science curriculum, that anyone misfortunate enough to actually purchase the book will realize upon reading the first few pages that they have just wasted whatever they spent on the book, in addition to however long it took them to read the first three pages.
