(More customer reviews)My kids got the 14' Airzone Band Trampoline less than 2 years ago. It was great while we had it, but the protective mat that goes over the bands doesn't last. Ours has deteriorated to the point the bands are showing through. We had a near fatal accident as a result when a small child's foot fell through the tears in the mat and got stuck between the bands. He toppled head first off the trampoline and could have broken his foot or his head had his mother not been standing right there to catch him.
The metal legs bend in, so we have to pull them out every time we want to use it. They aren't rusting, nor have the screws come loose like I've heard others complain, but they don't look extremely sturdy either.
I called Bravo Sports Corp to replace the mat, but they don't offer any replacments. You have to buy the entire mat, bands and jumping surface, and that costs over $200. It's because everything is sewn together. The company representative I spoke to on the phone was apathetic. So their customer service is poor, too. Just remember: you get what you pay for. We paid less than $400 for the trampoline and enclosure, and it lasted 2 years. My friends paid $800 for a Costco trampoline 10 years ago, and they're still jumping on it.

(More customer reviews)I recieved the enclosure promptly and all pieces were there, but upon assembly I realized that the clamps wouldn't fit around the trampoline legs. I was frustrated because there was nothing in the listing about sizing of the trampoline legs. I contacted the company and they were prompt in their response but had no clamps to send. They told me to go buy my own clamps! That they had this issue before and the customer went to a hardware store and bought new clamps for $5. I was frustrated that they couldn't send me ones that fit and more frustrated that I had to spend more money! I found clamps for $20, set the enclosure up and it works but the poles tend to lean in on 3 of the 6 poles.

(More customer reviews)In less than 6 months, the straps all dry-rotted. After contacting the company, I was informed that there is only a 90 day warrant. My grand-daughter can't use her trampoline now, since the netting won't stay attached. Poor quality and very poor customer service.

As it only attaches to 4 of the eight legs, it essentially reduces your round trampoline to a much smaller square. We were constantly trying to find ways to pull it away from the jumping area as it sort of "caves in". We finally gave up and purchased a new one that attaches on the OUTSIDE of the poles that attach to all eight legs.

It fits snug at the top, but has some slack at the bottom so it drapes a bit. We had a party and it got a lot of use without any problems. We have had it about a month, so far so good!

All I had to do was drop the netting, drape the pad around the frame, strap it on and reattach the netting. This pad is of higher quality than the one that came with the trampoline, greatly extending the useful life of this trampoline.

(More customer reviews)Compared with the original net I purchased the only difference seems to be the method that it ties to the trampoline. Instead of individual tie downs, it now has a threading method whereby you use several long red threads to loop back and forth around the net. The difficulty is in keeping things aligned. My first attempt failed because the netting was not perfectly aligned with the outer ring of the trampoline - which meant I had to re-do everything. I definitely preferred the old tie downs, though the new method might mean better security at the base. The reason for replacement was a huge rip at the seem of the door. I was able to repair other rips in the net with string.

(More customer reviews)Overall I'm quite pleased with the net. It went up easily on our 13 ft. eight-pole trampoline despite the sketchy instructions I found in the box (after the installation). My only complaint is that the straps that connect the top of the net to the poles are elastic, and I worry that they will simply stretch out in relatively short order. Our previous net had non-elastic straps and they served to put more tension on the net so that it was tighter and wider around the top. The elastic straps do make it somewhat easier to install. The zipper seems heavy duty, and has additional buckles (presumably so little kids cannot escape). This seems to me to be a bit of overkill and probably a significant part of the overall cost. Our previous net had an overlapping door which was simpler and worked fine. I do like that the mesh is a closer weave than its predecessor so the kids don't get their fingers caught in it and are somewhat less tempted to hang on it. I cannot yet comment on the durability or the all-important UV stability, but I'm hoping it lasts longer than the three year life span of its predecessor. Except for the elastic straps, it would rate five stars at this point.
Update (17 months out): I've had this installed continuously since I purchased it back in 2009 and so far it's held up well. It's in full sun year round. I do lower it when extremely high winds are expected. As I predicted, the elastic straps have all but lost their stretchiness, but I just keep taking up the slack with the adjustable buckles. The zipper has held up well despite many uses (my kids plan soccer-like games in the enclosed trampoline). Thus far I'd still recommend it. My hope is that it lasts another year or two to meet or exceed the OEM net's three years.

But then again, the description said it fits most 14 foot trampolines, not all. I guess my trampoline was not one of the ones it fits perfectly.
