It makes you feel good and helps you to examine your own life. It's great for people who want to improve their quality of life. Every chapter reminded me of myself or someone I know. I gave mine to someone who needed it, but I'm buying another for a quick reference guide, so I can throw out my st.john's wort! Excellent book, I Love this writer.
