(More customer reviews)This book is an excellent introduction to canoeing and canoe-camping. By now, more than thirty years later, some of it is somewhat outdated (canoe material, available tent designs), but definitely worth a small price for a beginner. The book covers most everything you need to know. It was my first purchase on the subject, and I still value it.
