(More customer reviews)This is a well written book with a great deal of information. It has limited applicability for the United States.
We have predatory fish that are for the most part eager to bite, which renders much of the feeding information about the minnow species questionable.
The fishermen in the US are much more mobile and have better acces than is typical for Great Britan rendering much oif the advice about "long poles" redudant.
Our fish are bigger, which makes only the most powerful poles usefull for species that are larger than panfish.
After saying all that I found that my fishing for small panfish, including trout to be improved by some of the information.
