(More customer reviews)The support poles are the type that are held together by a long elastic strap and you insert them end to end to make a large pole. The strap broke the second time I set up the net so I was left with a bunch of small untethered sticks. The third time I set it up (after carfully inserting the separate sticks) the netting ripped.
