The book has some interesting stories on athletes who succeeded while having a bad start in life or the things happened in their life. But other than that there isn't much in this book. I missed a set up for the book, didn't get how one chapter was different from the other. It is easy to read and doesn't take long to read it though, that was good. The writer is religious, not really a problem, but he refers to that a few times and comes close to saying that believing in god is a prerequisite to achieve results. He didn't research other kinds of spirituality that might help Athletes. The writer states a few times what makes US Athletes so special, as a non US citizen I was kind of surpised by this, seems outdated to me.
