(More customer reviews)I trout fish 3 to 4 days a week. This rod and reel is one of the best for the money I have ever purchased. Smooth operating reel and great action to the rod. I would definately reccomend the purchase of this combo for anyone that likes to fish with light tackle.

The Optix series of spinng combos has received an upgrade for 2009.The reel is a 3 bearing, continuous anti-reverse reel with a double anodized aluminum spool.The rod is a lightweight, sensitive IM6 graphite with a durable graphite reel seat.The OP2066L, comes with an Optix 20 reel and a 6'6", 2 piece light action rod.
