(More customer reviews)I decided to buy the nordic walking poles as an additional excersize. But I am surprised at the results. Nordic walking gets my heart rate going and I am able to work up a sweat with no problem. The poles fit my height well and have a balancing effect on my walking for a more effective workout. The walking itself is fun and hardly feels like a workout at all. I can alternate postions as I wish. The poles themselves are beautifully designed and strong. Highly recommended.

Adjustable, loop style wrist strap is similar than used for cross country skiing. It's convenient and easy to use. Handle is designed specifically to support Nordic Style Fitness Walking technique. Light weight composite, fiberglass shaft allows good swinging motion. Carbide steel spike is cup shape for best ground contact. Asphalt boot is durable rubber. Boots will last a long ways and replacements are available from WP Inc. and/or distribution partners. Inventory is available in different sizes based on the height of the walker: 42", 44", 46", 48", 50" and 52".

(More customer reviews)For a $5 pedometer is a great deal. It's easy to setup and the sensitivity adjustment works well. It takes a couple of try-and-error to get the right sensitivity, otherwise will not record your steps or record every movement, but in the end is accurate enough (I would say 2-3% error on step count).
