(More customer reviews)The product was great however, one (1) of the (2)rubber tips that go on the end of the barre was missing. I called the company and reported that it was not enclosed when the barre arrived, he said he had no more and had to order it from Japan and get it to me, to date I have not heard anything. When the ballet barre arrived the packaging was loose and pieces torn , the rubber tip may have fallen out but it was not enclosed so we have some cloth on it now and it does not give a professional look. I am still waiting for the piece to be sent, can you help me?
