(More customer reviews)My daughter received a Sportcraft tether tennis set (similar to tether ball) for Christmas. We set it up and played for 4 minutes when the ball flew off the string. I emailed Sportcraft to request a replacement ball. Here was their response:

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for our outdoor games because there is no warranty for these games. At this time you will have to return the game back to the store for a full refund or a brand new game. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So, be an informed buyer. No warranty on Sportcraft outdoor games. If you buy a Sportcraft product save your packaging so you can return it (at your expense) when if breaks.
