(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of Mavericks at the end of last season on sale ($32.00) and used them three times. On the last day out they developed an annoying rattle at the tips. Second time out this season a basket busted, fourth time out the other basket busted. After maybe my 7th time out I had to replace them because they have a giant dent and are slightly bent from a minor tumble. If you want poles that are good for around 10 days skiing and develop rattling tips then these are your sticks.
